Our players last played a competitive match on Easter Sunday in the derby against Újpest, but the work did not stop during the international break. Last Saturday our team beat Budaörs 2–0 in a friendly thanks to a brace from Eszter Czinege.
During the international break we had two free weeks. In the first week we trained and then had the weekend off so that we could recharge. The following weekend we played Budaörs, which was excellent preparation for the matches ahead. It feels really good that my teammates trust me; I try to be a leader in the team and help them with the best football I can. I always try to give my maximum and choose the best solution” our player summed up.
Before the Hungarian Cup final against Ferencváros, Balázs Dörnyei's team will play away to Szekszárdi WFC. Our midfielder stressed that Friday's league game will offer good preparation for the final.
We want to achieve a good result with a good performance so that we can be confident there too, because in the autumn we failed to take all three points against them. I hope we will have more of the ball and they will set up to defend. We will do everything we can to break down their defence and score as many goals as possible.
